Where is my invoice for my private lesson? Where do I pay my deposit?

Please note: If Coach Lani is out of town for tournaments or highly competitive (elite level) training purposes, this normal processing time may be delayed slightly longer due to her limited access to the billing system in some locations.  In some cases, you may not receive your official invoice or the calendar invite until the morning of your lesson. We do apologize for any such delays in advance.


  • A Secure Square Payment Link, will be sent separately from the email domain "squareup.com", if an invoice is required for the below session.  You should receive this invoice no less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled session.  
  • If the session was either a last minute booking by the customer (last minute availability) or sent by the range less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, due to specific delays by the range billing department (Coach Lani) then the "Deposit pre-payment" will be automatically waived. In this instance only the full amount will be due at the conclusion of the scheduled session.  This is the MOST likely to happen during the months of January & February when Coach Lani travels weekly out of town for competitions and does not always have time to send out invoices until the morning of scheduled lessons 


If you still have not receive your lesson invoice within 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson, please 

  1. contact us to ensure it was not sent to an incorrect email or confirm if Coach Lani is traveling with students (she will push it out ASAP if not actively in transit for competition & student training)
  2. check your spam or junkmail to be sure it was not filtered their by accident
