Will I get a calendar invite for my private lesson?
Yes. In addition to the original confirmation you should have received after scheduling with Coach Paul (containing your Session ID#), you will also be receiving a calendar invite should you wish to add the information to your own calendar or share it with your group
Please note: If Coach Lani is out of town for tournaments or highly competative (elite level) training purposes, this normal processing time may be delayed slightly longer. In some cases, you may not receive your official invoice or the calendar until the morning of your lesson. We do apologize for any such delays in advance.
- Calendar Confirmation Invite will be sent at the same time as the Square Payment Link from contact@southbayarcherylessons.com and will allow you to add the event automatically to your phone or email calendar with relavant details about the session if you would like. Any associated students with student profiles (actively signed waivers on file) in our system will be added to the invite as well.
If you still have not receive your calendar invite within 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson, please
- contact us to ensure it was not sent to an incorrect email or confirm if Coach Lani is traveling with students (she will push it out ASAP if not actively in transit for competition & student training)
- check your spam or junkmail to be sure it was not filtered their by accident
